De Kreuners call it quits. This was announced earlier today at a press conference by front man Walter Grootaers. Before it all ends, two more shows will be played. On December 7 ‘De Laatste Kreun’ can be heard at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp. Their last show in open air takes place on Saturday June 23 during TW Classic! It was previously announced that Sting and Lenny Kravitz are confirmed for TW Classic 2012. More bands will be announced soon

It’s going to be a beautiful summer of festivals in Werchter (Belgium). The festivities commence on Monday May 28, when Metallica will perform at Werchter Boutique. Rock Werchter, which takes place between June 28 and July 1, has already snared Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence + the Machine and Justice. TW Classic, on Saturday June 23rd in the Festivalpark, also announced two huge acts today: Lenny Kravitz and Sting. More names will be added to the bill soon.
