The Belgian Minister for Economic and Consumer Affairs has implemented measures for the entire live music industry. Under exceptional and strict circumstances, a credit can be issued instead of a refund. This measure protects you as a consumer and also reduces the impact of the current crisis for the organisers.
In practical terms, this means you will receive a credit to the value of the full amount you paid for your booking for TW Classic. This credit is available in ‘my account’ on ticketmaster.be. You can spend the credit on any of the festivals organised in the Festivalpark in Werchter in 2021 and 2022.
