ABOUT TW CLASSIC
The TW Classic festival uses a tried and tested recipe. It all harks back to the way we did things in Werchter until 1994: a beautiful summer’s day, a single stage in the festivalpark, a great, high-spirited audience and a select group of artists with an impressive track record. In the meantime, TW Classic has itself become classic.

Lost & Found
Lost your keys, wallet, phone…? That’s annoying, but it happens. All lost objects will be gathered at the info stands during the festival. If you have found a lost item yourself, can we ask to drop it off at one of the info stands? Thank you!
All items that haven’t been collected will be transfered to the municipality of Rotselaar on Monday 14 July. Take a look at their iLost page or reach them via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be.
Can I get a refund for any unspent Coins after the festival?*
Yes, you can request a refund from Thursday 3 July 2025 at 11.00 am until Saturday 2 August 2025 at 11.59 pm, on this page. After this period has elapsed, no refunds will be processed.
Select IBAN payment if you live within the EU. If you live outside the EU and do not have an IBAN account, select an international payment.
Refunds are issued within a week of request. An administrative fee of 3,5 euros is charged for refunds. You must register in order to request a refund.

Cashless Help desk
Are you having problems, with loading for example? Then we are happy to help at any of our cashless helpdesks in the Festivalpark. The team is also available during the festival via cashless@livenation.be.
