INTERNET
Proximus Go For Music and Ticketnet.be (From the 1st of February).
TW Classic tickets are available as e-tickets and classic tickets from Proximus Go For Music (and ticket partner Tele Ticket Service) and Ticketnet (from the 1st of February). While ordering, tick the classic ticket or e-ticket option. After completing the purchase, the buyer of an e-ticket receives a printable PDF file which is to be printed at home. The system uses a unique barcode for each e-ticket. Those who prefer buying a classic ticket will receive the ticket after payment is received at the ticket agency.
SMS/TEXT (BELGIUM ONLY)
In order to use this fast service, it is necessary to register with Proximus Go For Music AND to tick SMS Ticketing. So register first. If you don't, the service won't work. More information at www.proximusgoformusic.be.
How does it work?
If you are a registered user of SMS Ticketing, you can order as follows:
- Text the ticket code TWC + space + number of tickets to 3060.
- As soon as your text message has been received and processed, you will receive confirmation notice both by text message and by e-mail which gives you all the information you need about your reservation.
This service costs 0.50 euro (VAT included) per message sent/received.
PRESALE OUTLETS
As from the first of February, tickets for TW Classic will be available at all Fnac and Free Record Shop outlets in Belgium.
DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN
There is no discount for children. On the Festival Ground there is no child care service either.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR FESTIVAL TICKETS
- Festival tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different event.
- The loss or theft of the festival ticket is the liability of the buyer and is not subject to replacement or refund.
- Bringing professional photographic, film or recording equipment, alcoholic drinks, glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, weapons or sharp objects onto the festival site is prohibited. Also, for reasons of safety, you may not bring seating, folding chairs or umbrellas with you. If you do they may be confiscated by security.
- Starting fires is strictly prohibited.
- Entering the festival site implies your agreement with all preventive and monitoring measures taken by the organiser or safety team including potential frisking and bag searches. Failing to comply with these measures will lead to refusal or withdrawal of the right of access.
- Do not buy your festival ticket on the street; there is a chance that it is a forgery. Only buy your festival tickets from the recognised web addresses: www.proximusgoformusic.be or www.teleticketservice.com
- The artists and organisers of the festival, NMBS and De Lijn cannot be held liable for damages, loss or theft or any accident that may occur.
- The official sale of t-shirts and souvenirs takes place exclusively on the festival site.
- Festival tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the permission of the organiser. In addition, carrying out any commercial or promotional activities on the festival site without the prior permission of the organiser is strictly prohibited.
- Festival tickets may not be sold on. Festival tickets which have been sold on give no right of admission.
- The organiser and/or official ticket distributor also reserves the right to cancel festival tickets as soon as it is ascertained that, despite this ban, festival tickets are offered for sale. The costs arising from cancellation will be charged to the buyer.
- Changes to the programme are no reason for a full or partial refund of the festival ticket. The organiser accepts no responsibility in the case of events beyond its control.
- Anyone copying the festival ticket will be prosecuted by law.
- TV recordings will take place during the festival. There is a possibility that you will be filmed.
- The organiser and/or official ticket distributor reserves the right to verify the identity of the festivalgoer.
