Our bars and food stands serve an extensive and varied range. Of course, you will find the beloved festival classics with us. Freshly tapped beers (also 0.0): check! Fries with a snack: always good. But there is more. We are strongly committed to sustainability, with healthy, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and we work with local products as much as possible. Non-alcoholic drinks also get the attention they deserve – they are tasty and at least as festive.
In the TW Classic Mobile app, powered by Proximus, the festival map tells you where to find which food and drink stands. This way you can quickly and easily discover the full range – from the classics to surprisingly sustainable choices.
In the Festival Park you pay for food and drinks with Coins. An allergen list is available at each food stand. Free drinking water is available in the Festival Park. Find the taps with drinking water near the info booth, behind The Slope and between The Barn and KluB C.
Our tips:
Within the Festivalpark, you can pay for food and drinks with Coins, our own digital currency. Coins can be purchased during the festival via the QR code on the tag of your festival wristband, via the TW Classic app or at the counters. One Coin costs 3.8 euros. After purchase, Coins will be added to the chip of your festival wristband and can be used immediately. Swipe your wristband at the reader at the drink and food stands to pay.
Thanks for keeping the Festivalpark clean. Sort your waste, drop it in the right bin. Join us on the road to zero waste!
Empty reusable cups should be returned to a drinks stand. The deposit (0.2 Coin) is credited to your cashless card. Anyone who hands in 15 RPET bottles or cans at a recycle/return stand will receive a free Coin in exchange.
End of the day and no longer feel like returning cups to a recycle/return point? Don't throw your cup away, drop it in one of our 'gitterboxes'. We donate the proceeds from the cups that end up in the gitterbox to the NGO Join For Water, more specifically the Waterwijs Werchter project and a project in the Andes (Ecuador and Peru).
Lost your keys, wallet, phone? It’s never pleasant, but it can happen. Any lost items are stored at the info stand. Have you found something yourself? Take it to the info stand.
Our Lost & Found service is available until Saturday 12 July via lostandfound@rockwerchter.be.
On Monday 14 July, any unclaimed items will be passed on to the Municipality of Rotselaar, available via verlorenvoorwerpen@rotselaar.be.
During the festival information can be found at any of the info stands, which are located on the festival grounds, and across the street from the festival site. Our info team can be reached on Whatsapp during the festival on +32 (0)474 94 42 19.
In the Festivalpark, hundreds of vacuum toilets - with a porcelain bowl - and urinals are available in the various toilet blocks. Use of the toilets is free.
If you wish to keep your personal belongings safe, use our lockers. The lockers are located just outside the festival grounds, near the main entrance. No deposit is required for the use of the lockers.
The following dimensions are available:
You can always access your belongings during the opening hours of the Festival Park. All lockers must be emptied 30 minutes after the Festival Park closes.
You can also rent a locker on site (while stocks last). Be sure to reserve your locker in time - there is no other storage service provided!
For any additional questions on the lockers, send an e-mail to rockwerchter@mobilelocker.eu.
The safety of concert and festival goers, artists and their crew, employees and neighbouring residents is always our highest priority. We have a robust safety policy. We organize additional and intensive meetings with the local and federal police and the local and provincial authorities. A set of measures will be implemented.
